Maintenance Program M – Recommended! This maintenance program provides a high level of elevator maintenance, service and repair. All labor is included in this maintenance program on elevators covered under this program during normal business hours. Elevator parts as per contract are included for elevators covered under this program. This maintenance program includes emergency call back service for the first two hours. 

Maintenance Program L – This maintenance program provides dependable service which includes thorough elevator examinitions and minor adjustments. Parts and labor are not covered. New parts installed by All-In Elevators are warranted for 90 days. Emergency call back service is provided for the first two hours.
